Deutschsprachige WWF Interviewpartner auf UN-Klimakonferenz in Doha

Wien/Doha. (OTS) - Der WWF wird auf der UN-Klimakonferenz COP 18 in
Doha/Katar vom 26. 11. bis 7. 12. einen eigenen Bereich für die
Vertreter der Presse (Redakteure, Korrespondenten, Fotografen)
bereitstellen. Vom WWF Österreich wird in Doha kein Klimaexperte und
kein Pressesprecher dabei sein, wohl aber freuen sich unsere drei
Deutsch sprechende WWF-Experten vor Ort in Doha zu den Themen
Waldschutz (REDD+), Klimafinanzierung sowie zum aktuellen Stand der
Verhandlungen über Ihre Interviewanfragen. Außerdem wird unsere
deutsche Kollegin Sylvia Ratzlaff in Doha gerne auch die
Interviewanfragen von österreichischen Medien entgegennehmen. In Wien
sind Ihre Ansprechpartner WWF-Geschäftsführer Gerald Steindlegger und
WWF-Klimaexperte Karl Schellmann.

7. Jaco du Toit - WWF SA - can give a great overview on what it's
like to get a negotiating team mobilised and ready for a COP. Has
done it for Durban and now for Doha.

8. Alexey Kokorin - WWF Russia - can speak on Russia and its issues
within the negotiations.

9. Masako Konishi and Naoyuki Yamagishi - WWF Japan - excellent
interviewees on Japan issues.
