Die Master Synergy Limited, Suite 701, 7/F, 6-8 Pottinger Street, Central, Hong
Kong Aston Nash Limited AG, Malleseon Stephan Jaques 37th Floor, Two
international Finance Centre 8 Finance Street, Central Hong Kong, hat uns gemäß
§ 20 Abs. 5 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht mehr mit einem Viertel an den
Anteilen der Tantalus Rare Earths AG beteiligt ist.

Die Aston Nash Limited AG, Malleseon Stephan Jaques 37th Floor, Two
international Finance Centre 8 Finance Street, Central Hong Kong, hat uns gemäß
§ 20 Abs. 1 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie unmittelbar mit 1.146.229 Stückaktien an
der Tantalus Rare Earths AG und damit mit mehr als einem Viertel an den Anteilen
beteiligt ist.

Herr David Rigoll hat uns mitgeteilt, dass er mittelbar über die Aston Nash
Limited AG 1.146.229 Stückaktien an der Tantalus Rare Earths AG und unmittelbar
25.171 Stückaktien an der Tantalus Rare Earths AG hält und daher kraft
Zurechnung gemäß § 16 Absatz 4 AktG mit mehr als einem Viertel an den Anteilen
der Tantalus Rare Earth AG beteiligt ist.
