voestalpine AG hereby informs that the (German) Federal Cartel Office today
(12/05/2011) conducted an inspection at the office of the rail producer TSTG
Schienen Technik GmbH & Co KG in Duisburg. As for yesterday´s inspection at the
offices of voestalpine Klöckner Bahntechnik GmbH the reason for the inspection
are possible anti-competitive practices in the German market for rails. Further
information can currently not be provided.
