COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, May 5, 2011 - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital

Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that the company will
release its earnings for the first quarter 2011 on Friday, May 13, 2011, at
8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") (4:00 p.m. Central European Summer
Time ("CEST")) .

On Friday, May 13, 2011, Century Casinos will host its Q1 2011
Earnings
Conference Call at 10:00 a.m. MDT (6:00 p.m. CEST). Participants are advised
