Die MOOD AND MOTION AG (ISIN: DE000A1E9A75) trennt sich mit sofortiger Wirkung
vom bisherigen Vorstand der Tochtergesellschaft Neue Sentimental Film Austria AG
in Wien, Herrn Thomas Bogner.

Herr Gerhard Schneider seit Mitte März 2011 als Finanzvorstand der Gesellschaft
in Wien tätig, wird die Gesellschaft sowie deren Tochtergesellschaft FRAMES
Filmproduktion GmbH nun alleinverantwortlich fortführen.

Die Mood and Motion AG ist eine der führenden international tätigen
Gesellschaften für die Produktion von Werbefilmen und TV-Formaten.
