At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of RHI AG appointed Henning E. Jensen
CEO of RHI AG with immediate effect. Henning Jensen held the position of the
Chief Financial Officers since 18 January 2010 and was Spokesman of the
Management Board of RHI AG since 21 August 2010.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Mark J. Eckhout CFO of RHI
AG as of 14 February 2011. Mark Eckhout is 51 years old and held numerous senior
financial positions in various telecommunications companies. Mark Eckhout was
also Member of the Supervisory Board of RHI AG from 2007 until 2008.

The Management Board of RHI AG now consists of four members: Henning E. Jensen -
CEO, Mark Eckhout - CFO, Giorgio Cappelli - COO Steel Division and Manfred Hödl
- COO lndustrial Division and Raw Materials Division.
