Jungfraubahn Holding AG is to take over the Sesselbahn Lauberhorn AG. In
December 2010, Jungfraubahn Holding submitted an offer to the Lauberhorn
chairlift shareholders to sell their shares to Jungfraubahn Holding or exchange
them for Jungfraubahn Holding shares. Per Lauberhorn chairlift share either CHF
4600 will be paid out or 92 Jungfraubahn Holding shares credited.

By 19 January 2011, over 92 per cent of the shareholders had accepted the offer
and given a binding commitment. The condition of Jungfraubahn Holding to be able
to acquire at least 90 per cent of the capital has been fulfilled and thus
nothing stands in the way of a takeover. The transaction is expected to be
concluded in February 2011. The Lauberhorn chairlift will subsequently be merged
with Wengernalpbahn AG, a subsidiary of Jungfraubahn Holding.
