Vienna, 28 October 2010. Today, Thursday, CEO Johann Kowar informed the Board
that he is leaving conwert on his own initiative, effective 31 December 2010.
The Board regrets Mr. Kowar`s decision and unanimously passed a motion during an
extended meeting to initiate the process of finding a suitable successor and
organizing the handover. Until he leaves the management team at the end of the
year, Mr. Kowar will support the board with the smooth handover of his role.
