The shares of the minority shareholders are transferred to Eimco Water
Technologies GmbH with effect as of 18 September 2010. Delisting expected soon.

The Regional Court of Wels has decided today to register with the Companies
Register the squeeze-out pursuant to the Austrian Squeeze-Out Act, which has
been resolved in the 9th annual general meeting of shareholders of CHRIST WATER
TECHNOLOGY AG ("CWT") on 30 July 2010, with effect as of 18 September 2010.

Therefore, as of tomorrow all shares held by the minority shareholders will be
transferred by operation of law to the majority shareholder Eimco Water
Technologies GmbH.

To the extent share certificates have been issued with respect to the shares
held by the minority shareholders, such share certificates as of 18 September
2010 certify merely the claim for cash compensation.

A delisting of the shares of CWT is expected to occur soon.

The affected shareholders shall receive a cash settlement in the amount of EUR
2.10 per CWT share which will be paid out in line with the statutory
requirements after the squeeze-out has been entered in the Companies Register.
