Changes to the Chairmanship of the Management Board of CURANUM AG

CURANUM AG, Munich, announces that the Supervisory Board has today removed Mr.
Bernd Rothe from his position as Chairman of the Management Board (CEO), and
has also removed him from the Management Board with immediate effect, as well
as relieving him from all duties within the Group.

The Supervisory Board plans to appoint and announce his successor within the
next weeks. Until then, Mr. Rothe's duties will be exercised by Management
Board members Mrs. Judith Barth (CFO) and Mrs. Sabine Weirich (COO).
