Vienna, 01. July 2010 - The Management Board of ECO Business-Immobilien AG
welcomes the announcement by conwert Immobilien Invest SE that it will raise the
offer price in its voluntary tender to EUR 7.15 per share. Following further
discussions with conwert, which were held in agreement with Alexander Schoeller,
the independent chairman of the ECO Supervisory Board, the Management Board
considers the negotiated tender price to be attractive for the remaining
shareholders and will therefore support the offer.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of ECO Business-Immobilien AG will
present their positions in legal statements that will be issued after the
publication of the tender documents.
