Berlin, 30 April 2010. Marseille-Kliniken Group (Prime Standard, ISIN DE
0007783003, MKA) has completed the announced sale of its rehabilitation
division.

The transaction includes the rehabilitation clinics operated by Karlsruher
Sanatorium AG, a subsidiary of Marseille-Kliniken AG as well as rehabilitation
clinic companies, directly held by Marseille-Kliniken AG. The buyer is a joint
venture between the funds consulted by financial investor AUCTUS Capital
Partners AG and the existing management team of the clinics.
