ZURICH, March 12 -- gategroup announced today that Philippe Op de Beeck, Group
Senior Vice President and President, Europe and Africa Region, has decided to
leave the Group to pursue other opportunities.

Op de Beeck will continue to serve in a period of transitionuntil July 31.
gategroup has begun a search for a replacement.
