Munich 4 March 2010

On 1 March 2010 11:00 o'clock the Munich insolvency court instituted insolvency
proceedings for TV-Loonland AG. The decision was forwarded to TV-Loonland AG
today.

As a result the power of disposition was transferred to the administrator
attorney at law Dr. Wolfgang Ott, who had been appointed as preliminary
administrator before. The CEO of TV-Loonland AG filed for insolvency on 30
November 2009.
