Frank Brün joins Management Board of ECO Business-Immobilien AG

Vienna, 31 December 2009. The Supervisory Board of ECO Business-Immobilien AG
has appointed Frank Brün, FRICS to the company´s Management Board. Born in
Germany, Mr Brün brings a wealth of real estate expertise and management
experience to his new post, which he assumes on 1 February 2010 at the latest.
"We are pleased to have secured the services of an expert of Frank Brün´s
calibre, and someone who knows the real estate business inside out. Together
with Wolfgang Gössweiner he will be steering the company through the next phase
of its operational and strategic development," said Supervisory Board Chairman
Alexander Schoeller.

The ECO Management Board now consists of Wolfgang Gössweiner, who was appointed
Management Board spokesman with effect from 1 February 2010, and Frank Brün.

Frank Brün has degrees from the J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and
the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. The 47-year-old has held a
number of senior management posts in real estate and finance in Germany. His
most recent position was as Director of Real Estate Investments at Strategic
Value Partners (Deutschland) GmbH. Mr Brün had previously worked as Managing
Director responsible for real estate at Harald Quandt Vermögensverwaltung and as
Corporate Real Estate Manager at Hochtief AG. During his career Frank Brün has
accumulated comprehensive experience and outstanding expertise in real estate
portfolio management, and office and commercial property development. Mr Brün
became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS)
Deutschland in 2008.

At the request of the Supervisory Board, Friedrich Scheck continues to exercise
its Management Board function till the assumption of Frank Brün.
