pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 09 October 2009 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company fell below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in GFK SE, Nordwestring
101, 90319 Nuremberg, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research
Company held 4.77% of the voting rights in GFK SE, arising from 1,715,900 voting
rights.

All voting rights in GFK SE were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research
Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company inter alia from Fidelity
Investment Trust, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in
GFK SE.
