threshold of 3 %. On that date, Capital Research and Management Company held
2.87 % (1,030,496 ordinary shares) in relation to all voting rights in GfK SE
(voting rights arising from 35,947,363 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). GfK SE
has issued ordinary shares only.
