Changes to the Chairmanship of the Management Board of CURANUM AG

For personal reasons, Mr Hans-Milo Halhuber will step down from his role as
Chairman of CURANUM AG on May 15, 2009. He intends to make his many years of
experience in the care area available to the company in the future from a role
on the Supervisory Board.

CFO Bernd Rothe will assume the role of Chairman of the Management Board from
May 16, 2009.

Both the Management Board and Supervisory Board greatly regret this decision,
and thank Mr Halhuber for his many years of successful activity as the
company's Management Board Chairman.
