Mitteilung gem. §26 Abs.1 WpHG

1) Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., New York (USA), hat uns gemäß §21 (1) WpHG
mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der CURANUM AG am 10. Oktober 2007
die Schwelle von 3 Prozent und 5 Prozent überschritten hat und nun 7,98 Prozent
beträgt. Dies entspricht 2.607.699 Stimmen.

Diese 7,98 Prozent (2.607.699 Stimmrechte) sind der Lehman Brothers Holdings
Inc. zum 10. Oktober 2007 gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr.1 WpHG von der Lehman
Brothers International (Europe) zuzurechnen.

2) Lehman Brothers U.K. Holdings (Delaware) Inc., New York (USA), hat uns gemäß
§21 (1) WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der CURANUM AG am 10.
Oktober 2007 die Schwelle von 3 Prozent und 5 Prozent überschritten hat und nun
7,98 Prozent beträgt. Dies entspricht 2.607.699 Stimmen.

Diese 7,98 Prozent (2.607.699 Stimmrechte) sind der Lehman Brothers U.K.
Holdings (Delaware) Inc. zum 10. Oktober 2007 gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr.1
WpHG von der Lehman Brothers International (Europe) zuzurechnen.

3) Lehman Brothers Luxembourg Investments S.à r.l., Luxembourg (Luxemburg), hat
uns gemäß §21 (1) WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der CURANUM AG
am 10. Oktober 2007 die Schwelle von 3 Prozent und 5 Prozent überschritten hat
und nun 7,98 Prozent beträgt. Dies entspricht 2.607.699 Stimmen.

Diese 7,98 Prozent (2.607.699 Stimmrechte) sind der Lehman Brothers Luxembourg
Investments S.à. r.l. zum 10. Oktober 2007 gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr.1 WpHG
von der Lehman Brothers International (Europe) zuzurechnen.
