Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank: Dexia übernimmt 100 Prozent

Wien (OTS) - Die Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank (Dexia-Kom), ein 2005
gegründetes Joint Venture der Dexia (51 %) und der Kommunalkredit
Austria (49 %), wird zu 100 % von der Dexia übernommen. Diese
Veränderung in der Eigentümerstruktur ergab sich im Zuge der
Verhandlungen um die Neupositionierung der Kommunalkredit Austria.
Die Übertragung der Anteile an der Dexia-Kom erfolgte um einen
symbolischen Preis von EUR 1 an die Dexia.

Die Dexia-Kom ist in sieben CEE-Ländern präsent und hatte per Ende
2007 eine Bilanzsumme von EUR 8,1 Mrd.
