Korrektur der Veröffentlichung vom 19.09.2007

Veröffentlichung gem. § 26 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz

Wir haben folgende Korrekturmitteilungen nach dem Wertpapierhandelsgesetz
erhalten:

Janus Capital Management LLC, USA, hat der Arcandor AG mit Schreiben vom
20.09.2007 mitgeteilt, dass ihre Stimmrechte am 12.09.2007 die 3% Schwelle
überschritten haben und nun 3,08% betragen, entsprechend 6.800.633 Stimmrechten.
Mit gleichem Schreiben wurde mitgeteilt, dass Janus Capital Management 3,08%
dieser Stimmrechte (6.800.633 Stimmrechte) gemäß § 22 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG
zuzurechnen sind. Die Mitteilung lautet wie folgt:

"We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of WpHG, that on 12
September 2007 our voting interest in Arcandor AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
and amounts to 3.08% (6,800,633 voting rights) on this day. 3.08% of the voting
rights (6,800,633 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec.
22 para. (1) sent. (1) no. (6) of the WpHG."

Janus Capital Management LLC, USA, hat der Arcandor AG mit Schreiben vom
24.09.2007 mitgeteilt, dass ihre Stimmrechte am 14.09.2007 die 5% Schwelle
überschritten haben und nun 5,45% betragen, entsprechend 12.036.216
Stimmrechten. Mit gleichem Schreiben wurde mitgeteilt, dass Janus Capital
Management 5,45% dieser Stimmrechte (12.036.216 Stimmrechte) gemäß § 22 Absatz 1
Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zuzurechnen sind. Die Mitteilung lautet wie folgt:

"We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of WpHG, that on 14
September 2007 our voting interest in Arcandor AG exceeded the threshold of 5%
and amounts to 5.45% (12,036,216 voting rights) on this day. 5.45% of the voting
rights (12,036,216 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec.
22 para. (1) sent. (1) no. (6) of the WpHG."
