Hiermit teilen wir Ihnen gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mit, dass Värde Investment
Partners, L.P., 8500 Normandale Lake Boulevard, Suite 1570 Minneapolis, MN
55437, USA am 15.06.2007 die Schwellen von 10% der Stimmrechte an der Neschen
AG, Bückeburg, Deutschland, (Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stadthagen HRB
2057) erreicht und überschritten hat. Die Höhe des Stimmrechtsanteils beträgt
nunmehr 14,96%, dies entspricht 1.962.879 Aktien die Värde Investment Partners,
L.P., gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen sind.

Bear, Stearns International Limited, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AD, UK, hat
uns am 19. Juni 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt:
We hereby give you notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 15
June 2007 the voting interest of Bear Stearns International Limited in Neschen
AG exceeded the threshold of 10% and at this date amounted to 14.96% (this
corresponds to 1,962,879 shares).

Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AD, UK hat
uns am 19. Juni 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt:
We hereby give you notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 15
June 2007 the voting interest of Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited in Neschen AG
exceeded the threshold of 10% and at this date amounted to 14.96% (this
corresponds to 1,962,879 shares).
14.96% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,962,879 shares) are
attributable to Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are held
is: Bear Stearns International Limited.

The Bear Stearns Companies Inc., 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179, USA hat
uns am 19. Juni 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt:
We hereby give you notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 15
June 2007 the voting interest of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. in Neschen AG
exceeded the threshold of 10% and at this date amounted to 14.96% (this
