BATM introduces New Telco systems IAD platform at CeBit / T300 delivers integrated access solutions to international market

Hanover, Germany (ots-PRNewswire) - Telco Systems, a leader in
network edge technology and IP switching platforms, today announced
that parent company, BATM Advanced Communications (UK: BVC),
introduced an international roll-out of the T300 Integrated Access
Device (IAD) to the enterprise market. The T300 is a T1/E1
Integrated Access Device scaled for enterprise applications that
require a compact platform for low-cost aggregation of voice, data
and Internet/Intranet access to the public network via high-speed
link. The T300 may be seen at BATM's CeBit stand in Hall 11, number
H22.

The T300 is aimed at enterprise networks to allow bundling of
voice, Internet/Intranet and data services. It is a fully managed
and configurable device which combines the functionality of several
different customer premises devices to allow for low-cost integration
of POTS/CENTREX, PBX, corporate LAN access and internet access into a
single device.

Other products that will be featured at CeBit include the:

* EdgeLink100 T3 multiplexer -- now with an E1 Drop Option which
is a G.747 addition that allows a choice of mixed DS1 and E1 drops
for gateway applications; an Extended Temperature or XT option, for
operation in severe environments, such as those encountered in an
outdoor cabinet or an underground vault

* Access60 Integrated Access Device -- for access and
cross-connect of DS0 to T1/E1 facilities.

* T-Series IP switching platforms -- Featuring the T4, T4 Routing,
T5, and T5Compact with a broad range of Ethernet interface options to
support any networking media up and including VDSL over Gigabit
Ethernet on fiber. Additionally, layer 3 routing support has now been
added to most of the product line.
