Patented turbo for immunotherapies against cancer

Immune cells are becoming the weapon of choice increasingly in the fight against cancer. A Vienna-based research group has now patented new forms of cultivation that make particularly combative immune cells multiply much faster. Their vision: to quickly provide cancer patients with individualized therapy.
