Dividend Announcement

At the Annual General Meeting of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (commercial
register number FN 122119m) on 22 April 2021, it was resolved to pay a dividend
of EUR 0.48 for each ordinary share entitled to dividends for the 2020 financial
year. The company is not entitled to any dividends for treasury shares.

The dividend will be paid after deduction of the statutory withholding tax of
27.5%, on 30 April 2021 by way of credit to the banks at which the respective
securities accounts are held.

The ex-dividend date for the 2020 dividend on the Vienna Stock Exchange is
28 April 2021; the record date for dividends is 29 April 2021.
