Ried i. Innkreis - FACC AG announces that Mr. Wenbiao Han, Member of the
Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of FACC AG, resigns as
member of the board for personal reasons with effect from 29 April 2019. Mr.
Wenbiao has been a member of the Company's Supervisory Board since June 2018.
AVIC Cabin Systems Co., Limited (former FACC International) delegates in
accordance with item 11.2 of the Articles of Association of FACC AG Ms. Jiajia
Dai, born 1978, as a new member of the Supervisory Board of FACC AG.
