Company Information

Vienna - STRABAG, Austria's largest construction company, will construct three
residential towers (Triiiple building construction project) in Vienna. According
to the contract awarded by SORAVIA and ARE DEVELOPMENT, three 100-metre-high
towers will be constructed close to Vienna's city centre; the contract value
amounts to EUR 110 million. While the Towers 1 and 2 will house 480 owner-
occupied flats, Tower 3 will house 670 micro-apartments. Construction works are
scheduled to start in August 2018 and to be completed by summer 2021.

Dynamic Viennese construction sector
"In the previous year, we experienced a growth of 11% on our Austrian home
market. This exciting project of the architects Henke Schreieck is an absolute
highlight, even on this very dynamic construction market here in Vienna",
explains Thomas Birtel, CEO of STRABAG SE.

The towers will be constructed as reinforced concrete skeleton structures.
Protruding structures constitute a huge technical challenge. As a response to
this challenge, massive scaffolds will be constructed to guarantee load transfer
during construction.
