Ried im Innkreis - The Management Board of FACC AG was informed today about the
following changes in the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Wang Xuejun resigns in accordance with the Articles of Association of FACC
AG from the Supervisory Board of the Company.
FACC International delegates in accordance with. Item 11.2 of the Articles of
Association of FACC AG Ms. Li Li as a new member of the Supervisory Board of
FACC AG. Ms. Li Li is currently Director of Accounting at the Xi'an Aircraft
Industry Group. She holds a law and economics degree from Zhongnan University
and an MBA from Missouri State University.
