25 September 2017. The Company intends to redeem all currently outstanding
6,125 Securities in the aggregate principal amount of EUR 306,250,000 in cash
at the Liquidation Preference of EUR 50,000 per Security plus any accrued and
unpaid interest thereon on the next Interest Payment Date subject to the
fulfilment of all requirements set out in the terms and conditions of the
Securities (the "Terms and Conditions"). Notice of such redemption containing
the applicable redemption date and details will be given separately according
to the Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this notice have the
meaning ascribed thereto in the prospectus issued in respect of the Securities
by the Company dated 12 May 2006.
