Bregenz - Dr. Antonella Mei-Pochtler, chairwoman of the supervisory board of
Wolford AG since September 18, 2014, informed the company that she resigns as
chairwoman with immediate effect and will leave the supervisory board in
accordance with the articles of association as of September 8, 2017, in order
to be able to participate in the ongoing bidding process. Until the day of the
annual general meeting the deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board, Claudia
Beermann, assumes the chair of the supervisory board. The new chair will be
elected at the next supervisory board meeting following the annual general
meeting on September 14, 2017.

Dr. Antonella Mei-Pochtler expressed her gratitude to the management board and
the staff for their efforts involved in the realignment of the company which is
now underway. “Important preconditions for the successful future of Wolford
have been created on the basis of the jointly developed concept and immediate
