Colorado Springs, Colorado, November 5, 2014 - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ
Capital Market®: CNTY) announced today that the company amended its concession
agreement with TUI Cruises to include Mein Schiff 4.

TUI Cruises is a joint venture between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
with focus on the premium all inclusive cruise market. TUI Cruises currently has
two luxurious 1,900-guest ships (Mein Schiff 1, Mein Schiff 2) and one luxurious
2,500-guest ship (Mein Schiff 3) in service to explore the world in style and
comfort. The new 2,500-guest ship (Mein Schiff 4) is currently being built and
scheduled to commence operations in June 2015.
