Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

On March, 21 2013 GSW Immobilien AG has received voting rights
notifications
(Stimmrechtsmitteilungen) pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on
behalf of the following entities having the following content:

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc.,
New York, U.S.A, informed us on 21.03.2013 that the percentage of voting rights
in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 19.03.2013 and amounts to
3.04% (1,536,926 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.04% (1,536,926 voting rights) are to be attributed to
BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P.,
St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands informed us on 21.03.2013 that the
percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
on 19.03.2013 and amounts to 3.04% (1,536,926 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.04% (1,536,926 voting rights) are to be attributed to
BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.
