Konstanz/Germany, 27 February 2013 - Mr. Jörg von Strom, Member of the
Management Board of Sunways AG, resigned from office (procurement, production
and supply chain) of his own volition and with immediate effect. Jörg von Strom
will continue to work for the company as an executive employee with an unchanged
area of responsibility and as Managing Director of Sunways Production GmbH in
Arnstadt.

Thus the Management Board of Sunways AG is composed of Messrs. Mario Zen
(Chairman) and Jürgen Frei (marketing and distribution).
