Kirn (euro adhoc) - Kirn, 07 February 2013. Citing personal reasons, Dr. Horst
Heidsieck, member of the Supervisory Board of SIMONA AG, stepped down from his
post effective from 30 November 2012. Pursuant to Section 13 of the Articles of
Association of SIMONA AG, a new Supervisory Board member will be elected as his
successor at the Annual General Meeting of SIMONA AG on 7 June 2013. The
appointee proposal will be announced as part of the invitation to the Annual
General Meeting.
