On November 16, 2012 Curanum AG's capital increase, passed by a resolution of
the Management Board on September 27, 2012 and approved by the Supervisory
Board, was entered in the Commercial Register. Curanum AG's capital stock has
thus increased by EUR3,315,000, from EUR39,132,000 to EUR42,507,000, with
42,507,000 bearer shares each representing a proportionate interest in the
capital stock of EUR1.00 per share. The capital increase has thus been
successfully completed.

The new shares will be issued to subscribers probably by the end of calendar
week 47.
