a.i.s. AG: Interimsinformation 3 quarter

Birkenau, 15.11.2012: The third quarter has shown, as seasonally expected,
somewhat weaker. The a.i.s. AG was able to expand its sales by a further EUR
3,9M in commodity trading and meanwhile expand trade beside copper by nickel.
Further steps were taken in the energy trading business and requested
contractual aspects. On this basis, we expect the fourth quarter results in
energy trading and therefore, as announced in the second quarter, engage on a
further expansion of trades. Our forecast is to be till end of the year in both
areas economically active.

Within the Quarter decisive investments for the upcoming energy business as well
as structural improvements have been implemented. According trainings and
education programs will allow a.i.s. AG to trade on the EEX stock.

The audit of the published balances could still not be confirmed due to
difficulties to track of the last years and stricter audit rules. We expect soon
more details on dates and contents of the announced shareholders meeting.
