Conference Call

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, August 1, 2012 - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ
Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that the
company will release its earnings for the second quarter 2012 on Wednesday,
August 8, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") (4:00 p.m. Central
European Summer Time ("CEST")).

On Wednesday, August 8, 2012, Century Casinos will host its Q2 2012 Earnings
Conference Call at 11:00 a.m. MDT (7:00 p.m. CEST). Participants are advised to
