voting right notification regarding FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA:

On 15th June 2012 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold of
5% of the voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG, Maria Trost 21, 56070
Koblenz, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 4.87% of the voting rights in
CompuGroup Medical AG arising from 2,591,870 voting rights.

All voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to FMR LLC inter alia from Fidelity Investment Trust,
being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in CompuGroup
