CompuGroup Medical AG has received a Notification of Voting Rights pursuant to
§ 21 (1) WpHG as follows:

In the name of and on behalf of FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA we
hereby notify you pursuant to section 21(1) WpHG of the following:

On 25th May 2012 FMR LLC crossed above the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the
voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG, Maria Trost 21, 56070 Koblenz, Germany.
On that date, FMR LLC held 5.17% of the voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG
arising from 2,750,360 voting rights.

All voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to FMR LLC from Fidelity Investment Trust, being a
shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG.
