§ 21 (1) WpHG as follows:

In the name of and on behalf of Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston,
Massachusetts 02109, USA we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21(1) WpHG of
the following:

On 25th May 2012 Fidelity Management & Research Company crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG, Maria Trost 21,
56070 Koblenz, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company
held 4.44% of the voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG arising from 2,365,560
voting rights.

All voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG were attributed to Fidelity
Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company
from Fidelity Investment Trust, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in CompuGroup Medical AG.
