Büdelsdorf, 10. Mai 2012 - In its session after the Annual General Meeting on
9th May 2012, the Supervisory Board of freenet AG elected Mr. Dr. Hartmut Schenk
as its new chairman.
Dr. Schenk took office immediately, replacing Mr. Maarten Henderson. Dr. Hartmut
Schenk has sat on freenet's Supervisory Board since 30. June 2011.
