Auersperg Real Estate GmbH on lawsuit with UniCredit Bank Austria AG

Wien (OTS) - Concerning the coverage of the last week the
Auersperg Real Estate GmbH considers it as important to comment on
this issue. The Auersperg Real Estate GmbH is a financially strong
company. Assertions which claim that the Auersperg Real Estate GmbH
is incapable of paying its debts are unsubstantiated. The truth is
that the company is in a lawsuit with Bank Austria concerning the
amount of debt payments, which cannot be accepted as such by the
Auersperg Real Estate GmbH.

"The current debt claims are absolutely incorrect. We trust in the
already started lawsuit and are convinced that our legal opinion will
be adjudged. Furthermore we will not allow ourselves to be pressured
by media. Both, the owner company and the Palais Auersperg are
economically healthy and well operating enterprises", says B.P.R.
Bulthuis, managing director of the Auersperg Real Estate GmbH.
Business and average utilisation operate to the fullest satisfaction
of the owner company. Ongoing operations, renting, concerts and
events are guaranteed in the long term.

A report on the value of the Palais Auersperg made by a company of
Bank Austria Group results in a grossly incorrect assessment of
Palais Auersperg's value. An independent report confirms the value of
the Palais to be twice as the other report. Moreover the Palais built
in the beginning of the 18th century is of inestimable historical
value for Vienna, especially for the borough Josefstadt. This
centrally located event location is one of the first addresses in
Vienna. The owners are ambitious to preserve this pearl.
