Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

On December 23, 2011 Van Lanschot N.V., ’S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands,
notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No 1, 24
Securities Trading Act about the following:

1) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V., ‘S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, in
Agennix AG, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 9 December 2011 and amounted
to 7.48% (3,833,968 of 51,257,272 voting rights) as per this day.

These 7.48% (3,833,968 of 51,257,272 voting rights) voting rights are attributed
to Van Lanschot N.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

All voting rights that are to be attributed to Van Lanschot N.V. were held via
the following controlled companies whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3%
each or more: F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., Kempen & Co N.V.

2) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V., ‘S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, in
Agennix AG fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 14 December 2011 and
amounted to 0% (0 voting rights).

The following notifications are made pursuant to sec. 24 WpHG on behalf of their
subsidiaries F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V. (‘S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands)
and Kempen & Co N.V. (Amsterdam, The Netherlands):

3) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., ‘S-Hertogenbosch, The
Netherlands, in Agennix AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 9 December
2011 and amounted to 7.48% (3,833,968 of 51,257,272 voting rights) as per this
day.

These 3,833,968 voting rights (7.48%) were attributed to F. Van Lanschot
Bankiers N.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

All voting rights that are to be attributed to F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V. are
held via the following controlled company whose holdings of voting rights
amounts to 3% or more: Kempen & Co N.V.

4) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., ‘S-Hertogenbosch, The
Netherlands, in Agennix AG fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 14 December
2011 and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) as per this day.

5) The voting rights of Kempen & Co N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in Agennix
AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 9 December 2011 and amounted to 7.48%
(3,833,968 of 51,257,272 voting rights) as per this day.

6) The voting rights of Kempen & Co N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in Agennix
AG fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 14 December 2011 and amounted to 0
% (0 voting rights) on that day.
