Barracuda Networks AG closes first half year 2011/12.

Sales revenues of Barracuda Networks AG in the first half-year 2011/12 were some
4.9 million EUR, thus increasing by almost 14 percent compared with last year´s
period. EBITDA was 373,000 EUR (previous year: -43,000 EUR), EBIT after
depreciation and amortization could be improved to 179,000 EUR (previous year:
-274,000 EUR). Earnings before Tax (EBT) amount to 158,000 EUR (previous year:
-321,000 EUR).

Barracuda Networks AG (formerly phion AG) has been listed on the Vienna Stock
Exchange since 4 July 2007 (until 30 September 2011 in the mid market segment)
under ISIN: AT0000PHION3. All the company's financial statements are prepared
according to Austrian GAAP (UGB).
Share capital is 800,000 EUR, divided into 800,000 ordinary bearer shares. At
present (as at 10 November 2011), Barracuda Networks Inc. holds 81.84% of the
company shares, Donau Invest holds 5.04%, the rest (13.12%) is free float.
