Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

The following companies, with regard to their respective shareholding in SHW AG,
Aalen/Germany, have notified us by voting rights notification pursuant to
sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

1. Fidelity Funds SICAV
On 11 July 2011, Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxembourg/Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in SHW AG. On that date,
Fidelity Funds SICAV held 3.25% of the voting rights in SHW AG arising from
190,000 voting rights.
2. FIL Holdings Limited
On 11 July 2011, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough/Kent/England/United
Kingdom, crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in SHW AG. On
that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.25% of the voting rights in SHW AG
arising from 190,000 voting rights.
All voting rights in SHW AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being
a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.
3. FIL Investments International
On 11 July 2011, FIL Investments International,
Hildenborough/Kent/England/United Kingdom, crossed above the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights in SHW AG. On that date, FIL Investments International held
3.25% of the voting rights in SHW AG arising from 190,000 voting rights.
All voting rights in SHW AG were attributed to FIL Investments International
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to FIL Investment International from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a
shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.
4. FIL Limited
On 11 July 2011, FIL Limited, Hamilton/Bermuda, crossed above the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in SHW AG. On that date, FIL Limited held 3.25% of the
voting rights in SHW AG arising from 190,000 voting rights.
All voting rights in SHW AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited from
Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting
rights in SHW AG.
