to section 93, subsection 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that Sectoral
Asset Management, a registered investment advisor, domiciled in Canada now holds
less than 5% of the issued shares of Intercell AG. In a letter dated January 7,
2011 Sectoral Asset Management had informed the Company that it held 5.469% of
the issued shares of Intercell AG.

The trade date on which the shareholding fell below 5% was June 21, 2011 and the
new number of shares held is 2,408,101 representing 4.956% of the total number
of issued shares.
