Büdelsdorf (euro adhoc) - Supervisory Board extends Executive Board mandates of
Christoph Vilanek and Joachim Preisig

Büdelsdorf, 12 May 2011 - In today´s session, the freenet AG Supervisory Board
extended the Executive Board mandate of Christoph Vilanek until 31 December 2015
and that of Joachim Preisig until 31 December 2014, in order to ensure
continuity in the company´s management. The mandate of the third Executive Board
member, Stephan Esch, runs until 31 December 2014.
