Dortmund (euro adhoc) - adesso AG is expanding its capital market relationships
with the help of two new partners. The renowned bank Hauck & Aufhäuser will be
assisting in the fields of investment banking and institutional research, and
the market leader Close Brothers Seydler Bank will act as designated sponsor and
increase the liquidity of adesso shares.

Hauck & Aufhäuser has been successfully operating for many years and as a
partner ideally suites to adesso´s company and shareholder structure. The bank
is well positioned at independent asset managers and wealthy private customers
and also maintains intensive contact with around 450 institutional investors.
Hauck & Aufhäuser initiated the coverage of adesso AG, which forms the basis for
the cooperation between the two companies, and will follow adesso´s development
with regular research updates. These measures, combined with roadshows, will be
used to present adesso AG to a larger section of the capital market.

Since February, Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG has been generating additional
liquidity for adesso shares and has also been providing yet more access to
capital market players. The bank has been the largest designated sponsor in the
market for many years and currently looks after around 200 customers. It is one
of the largest lead brokers at Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a market share of
over 25 %.
