Announcement of the cancellation

of the 10th Annual General Meeting

of the shareholders of conwert Immobilien Invest SE

The Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was originally scheduled for 3
May 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (Vienna local time) at the head office of the company in
1080 Vienna, Albertgasse 35, has been cancelled. Hence, the convening notice of
the 10th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company announced on
5 April 2011 is invalid. The cancellation is made in order to ensure equal
treatment of all shareholders of the Company as it was realised that the
announcement of the convening notice via an electronic information distribution
system which covers all of Europe was not made in due time.

The 10th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company will now take
place on 20 May 2011. The convening notice for this Annual General Meeting will
be published separately today.
