Vienna, 24.03.2011. conwert Immobilien Invest SE announces in accordance with §
93 para. 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) that it obtained
knowledge of the following acquisitions and disposals of voting rights of BNP
Investment Partners on 23 March 2011:
In accordance with § 91, § 92 and § 92a BörseG the voting rights of BNP
Investment Partners fell below the threshold of 5% on 19 May 2010 and
subsequently amounted to 0% of the voting rights (prior to disposal 5.06%).
An accordance with § 91, § 92 and § 92a BörseG the voting rights of BNP
Investment Partners surpassed the threshold of 5% on 02 June 2010 and
subsequently amounted to 5,61% of the voting rights due to the acquisition of
4,792,209 shares of conwert Immobilien Invest SE.

Finally the voting rights of BNP Investment Partners fell below the threshold of
5% in accordance with § 91, § 92 and § 92a BörseG on 21 October 2010 and
subsequently amounted to 4.09% or 3,494,309 shares of conwert Immobilien Invest
SE (prior to disposal 5.17%).
Each time the total number of shares outstanding of conwert Immobilien Invest SE
amounted to 85,359,273.
